Taylor & Francis: What is Research Integrity?
In this short video, Professor of Methodology and Integrity at Vrije Universiteit (Amsterdam), Professor Lex Bouter, introduces the basics of research integrity for journal editors, including a helpful visualisation of integrity as a sliding scale with ‘responsible research conduct’ at the top and ‘fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism’ at the bottom. This was the keynote presentation at the Taylor & Francis Amsterdam Scholarly Summit (July 2019).
